Manufactured in accordance with BS5041, the inlet breeching valve would be installed outside your building for easy access by the fire brigade or other personnel during a fire emergency.

With a standard PN16 flange – you can tell by the 8 bolt holes at the base of the valve – the 4-way inlet breeching valve is suitable for installation in a vertical or horizontal position. Complete with caps and chains, the inlet valve has 4x 2½” instantaneous male non-return valve inlets, fits standard UK fire brigade (BS336-type) connections, a 152mm PN16 outlet flange and a 1” drain valve.

Constructed of cast iron with copper alloy inlets, it is extremely durable and suitable for the tough and demanding job of helping fight fire on your premises with a working pressure of 10 bar and tested to a pressure of 20 bar.
