The fire alarm control panel is a vital part of your fire alarm system. In a conventional system, a loop connects call points and detectors in each zone. And when one of these is triggered, a signal is sent to the panel.
This then causes a signal to be sent through a different loop which connects all sounders, beacons and fire bells in the whole building. They will then alert everyone to the potential threat. On the control panel, it also displays which zone the alarm is triggered. That then allows for swift action.
