Returns are gladly accepted for 90 days after purchase.

First of all, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0808 175 4375 or use our contact form so we can make the arrangements.

Returns that have not been pre-arranged this way will be refused as we have no way to track where or who they came from and for what reason.

The goods should be in their original condition so please ensure they are packed carefully - take a photo just in case before shipping.

If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange, we will arrange for the collection of the original item via our carriers. Some items are "dangerous goods" so our carriers are insured to carry them. 

There are no other charges for you.

If there is a fault with your item, we will arrange for the collection of the original item whilst replacing it with another new one.
