The battery heat alarm is CE Marked and is approved to BS 5446-2:2003. It has an 85 Decibel alarm that’s hard to ignore.
The alarm is easy to test and operate with a large test and silence button and the Firehawk heat alarm comes with a long-life 10-year sealed lithium battery included. To install it, all you need to do is secure the backplate to your ceiling and then turn the alarm back on – the power is then automatically activated when the alarm is attached to its mounting plate and deactivated when removed.
