Organise your workspace, laboratory, or garage with the compact single-door cabinet designed for storing flammable materials such as paint and thinners.
(orders over £25 + vat)
This cabinet provides a secure solution to keep these substances safe from fire hazards, reducing potential risks.
Crafted from a mix of 18- and 20-gauge mild steel, the Single Door Flammable Cabinet ensures its structural integrity by welding all eight corners together. This precise construction guarantees strong and leak-proof storage. Additionally, an epoxy-polyester powder coat acts as a shield against chemical reactions. The cabinet's bright yellow colour and clear warning signs clearly display its hazardous contents and serves as a simple yet effective warning.
With a fire resistance of 30 minutes, in accordance with BS476 parts 20 and 22 standards, this cabinet meets safety regulations like HSE Guide HSG51 and DSEAR 2002. It boasts a melting point exceeding 750°C, ensuring its durability in the event of a fire emergency. The package also includes a 10-year warranty and a Certificate of Conformity to ensure its reliability.
Equipped with a chrome handle and twin locking rods, the Small Flammable Liquid Cabinet ensures secure closure. Its reinforced doors prevent distortion, impacts, and collisions. Supplied with two keys, the cabinet can be securely locked to protect its contents.
Featuring an adjustable shelf with 25mm increments and a maximum load capacity of 50kg, the cabinet's 25mm depth also functions as a spill tray for minor leaks. The non-removable sump at the base can contain up to 10 litres of spills. This compact single-door flammable storage cabinet measures H 609mm x W 457mm x D 305mm.
Please note that the flammable liquid cabinet is a made-to-order item and is not available for our standard next-working-day service.
