All eight corners are meticulously welded to enhance sturdiness and prevent leaks. The epoxy-polyester powder coat acts as a protective barrier, shielding the cabinet from chemical reactions. Its distinctive yellow colour, combined with prominent warning signs, ensures that everyone recognises the presence of hazardous liquids without any confusion.

The COSSH cabinet boasts a fire resistance of up to 30 minutes, meeting the standards set by BS476 parts 20 and 22. It also complies with regulations outlined in HSE Guide HSG51 and DSEAR 2002, reaching a melting point that exceeds 750°C.
