Crafted meticulously from a blend of 18- and 20-gauge mild steel, the Single Door Flammable Cabinet boasts structural strength achieved through the welding of all eight corners. This careful construction ensures both durability and leak prevention. The cabinet's resilience is further fortified by an epoxy-polyester powder coat, which acts as a barrier against chemical reactions. With its vivid yellow colour and prominent warning signs, any uncertainty about the cabinet's hazardous contents is eradicated.

Showcasing a 30-minute fire resistance capability, the cabinet aligns with the BS476 parts 20 and 22 standards, and also adheres to the guidelines of HSE Guide HSG51 and DSEAR 2002. Notably, it can withstand temperatures beyond 750°C. The package includes a reassuring 10-year warranty and a Certificate of Conformity, underscoring its reliability.

Equipped with a chrome handle and twin locking rods, the Small Flammable Liquid Cabinet ensures secure closure. Reinforced doors effectively withstand distortions, impacts, and collisions. Supplied with two keys, the COSHH cupboard offers robust locking to safeguard its contents.

Featuring an adjustable shelf with 25mm increments and a maximum load capacity of 50kg, the cabinet's 25mm depth serves as a practical spill tray for minor leaks. The non-removable sump at the base of the cabinet can handle up to 10 litres, efficiently containing spills. Measuring H 762mm x W 457mm x D 305mm, this compact single-door flammable storage cabinet is designed to fit various spaces.
