These inductors are available in two flow rates - 250 or 400 litres per minute - and can pick up foam concentrate between 1% and 6%, depending on the required flow rate. Using the twist-operated dial on the side, the inductor is easy to operate. With a stainless-steel drum piercer and a quick-release pick-up tube, foam can be added directly from the source.
Vigil Products manufacture the Variable In-Line Foam Inductors using heavy-duty and corrosion-resistant gunmetal and hard anodised aluminium, with inlets and outlets that are manufactured to BS336. They are suitable for equipment with a 2.5-inch (64mm) diameter hosing and can be used in industrial and marine environments and for various applications.
