The polyurethane foam is environmentally conscious, containing no CFCs or H-CFCs that can harm the ozone layer. It serves as an efficient seal against smoke and gas, boasting a fire rating of up to 60 minutes in accordance with EN 1634-1 & BS476-22. It has been rigorously tested in both metal and timber stud partitioning, accommodating gaps ranging from 7mm to 30mm. Additionally, it has undergone acoustic testing, achieving up to 43dB (depending on the door density). This foam is also suitable for retrofit scenarios.

With excellent adhesion to most substrates and no shrinkage, the 750ml Blue 60 fire-rated frame foam ensures a secure and durable seal. Once cured, it can be easily cut, trimmed, and painted to achieve the desired finish.
