Apollo Series 65 Heat A1R Detector

The Apollo Heat A1R Detector 65 Series monitors temperature using a dual thermistor network. With one exposed and the other insulated, the alarm triggers when resistance drops by a pre-set value.

Install the rate-of-rise heat detector in areas where it isn’t possible for a smoke detector to go. This could include a dusty or smokey environment.

Installing detectors with a range of different sensor types will ensure you have all-round protection. Plus, by having a similar external design as Apollo Smoke Detectors, you won’t sacrifice aesthetics.
