With our Fire Rated Loft Hatch, you’ll be able to have access to your domestic loft space without having an eyesore on your ceiling. Not only does it meet all building regulations with a one-hour fire rating, but it is also suitable for fitting a loft ladder.

Free 90 Day ReturnsDesigned to fit between 600cm centre trusses, it is insulated and air tight too. Plus its polyester powder coated finish is suitable for painting, meaning you can have it the same colour as your ceiling.
With the beaded frame option, you can install it so the surround is hidden under a plastered finished. Or, if your ceiling is already nicely finished and decorated, the picture frame option will retrofit nicely into your ceiling.
The patented spring-loaded invisible keyhole also means that there’s no ugly hole in your ceiling either. Supplied as standard with a black T key.
And for when you need to make sure you loft hatch is secured shut, you can choose for yours to arrive with a Radial Pin Tumbler (RPT) lock fitted.
