A fail-safe closing mechanism ensures the three-point stainless steel bullet latching system functions flawlessly. Additionally, you can choose the self-closing door option, where the doors automatically shut and latch once the temperature reaches 74℃, thanks to the fusible link that melts under fire conditions.

To safeguard the contents, the U-Loc handle comes with a cylinder lock and key set, and it can also accommodate padlocks for added security. The cabinet includes a galvanized steel shelf that adjusts on 76mm (3”) centers, expertly designed to direct spills to the back and bottom, ultimately leading to a leak-proof 51mm bottom sump.

Incorporating dual vents with flame arresters, four adjustable self-levelling feet, grounding connectors, and a chemical-resistant powder-coat finish, these yellow safety cabinets are built for maximum safety. During fire tests, the internal temperature remains well below the auto-ignition temperature for the vast majority of flammable liquids.
