Nittan Manual Call Points
Nittan Manual Call Points
Smoke and heat detectors will automatically activate a Nittan fire alarm. However, it’s possible to raise the alarm during the early stages of a fire should it be discovered by an individual. Nittan call points ensures that everyone is alerted as quickly as possible and can leave the premises promptly.
A red colour scheme makes call points instantly recognisable. They can be placed in multiple areas of the building so that no-one is ever too far away from one should they need to activate the alarm manually. This is a much simpler option than an individual locating the main control panel which they may not know how to operate or even access.
Ensure that call points are easily accessible, in plain sight, and placed within easy reach of firefighting equipment. This ensures that everything that is needed can be easily found in the event of a fire emergency.
