Manufactured by VLITEX, the lithium battery safety rack provides a dedicated storage solution with built-in fire protection. Should a fire occur, the fire protection cover limits its spread and significantly reduces smoke development, helping to contain the risk. 

The rack is constructed from HT glass fibre fabric with an HT polymer coating, giving it proven high temperature resistance of up to 1,750°C for short periods and 1,000°C for longer periods (tested in accordance with DIN SPEC 91489), along with high burst resistance, high cut protection and low electrical conductivity. 

Each shelf supports up to 180kg, and an integrated feed-through means batteries can be charged directly on the shelf without needing to be moved. Lightweight and simple to assemble, the plug-in system can be set up in a matter of minutes and repositioned easily as storage needs change.
