The blanket is constructed from E-glass fibre fabric (the same high-temperature-resistant fabric used in the VLITEX fire blankets certified to  DIN SPEC 91489:2024-11) with an HT polymer coating applied to both sides, giving it proven high-temperature resistance of up to 1,750°C for short bursts and 1,000°C for longer periods. This coating also provides high burst resistance against exploding components, reduces smoke development, and offers high cut protection, while high-temperature insulation and low electrical conductivity support safe use around live electrical fires.

Measuring 2.5m x 3m, the blanket is suited to larger applications including generators, construction machinery, transport vehicles, and industrial robots, and comes with a sturdy carry bag for immediate use. Manufactured by VLITEX, German by design and made in Europe, it's suitable for preventive use, active fire containment, or safely handling equipment after a fire, making it a practical choice for industry, logistics, and mobility applications.
