Made in Europe to German design, it is crafted from special glass fibre fabric with a 3mm shock-absorbing HT mat. The e-bike battery safety bag offers high temperature resistance up to 1,000°C, high burst resistance for explosion protection, high cut protection, high temperature insulation and low electrical conductivity, along with shock resistance. 

Three ventilation openings prevent heat build-up and allow gases to escape in a controlled manner, and a sealed cable feed-through enables charging while the battery remains inside. A secure closure is provided by metal fasteners and Velcro. 

The battery safety bag is available in two sizes: Large, measuring 44cm x 13cm x 12cm and weighing 0.9kg, suited to small-to-medium e-bike batteries; and Extra Large, measuring 54cm x 13cm x 12cm and weighing 1kg, suited to larger e-bike batteries.
