Easy to use, it produces a gentle yet highly effective spray that helps prevent oil splashing and features a lance, allowing you to extinguish flames without getting too close. With a 75F rating, it can handle fires in 75-litre deep fat fryers and also has a 13A rating for use on Class A fires, unlike some other extinguishers on the market.

The 6-litre wet chemical fire extinguisher comes with a 5-year warranty and is CE-marked. Manufactured for Thomas Glover, it is an essential part of their FirePower range.

Suitable for: Deep fat fires in kitchens.

Types of fire: Class F (cooking oils and fat), Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc.).

Anticipated lifespan: 10 years with indoor use and proper maintenance.

Extinguisher servicing: Your new 6-litre Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher will likely need to be commissioned and then serviced annually. This is a legal requirement for businesses and rental properties and is often recommended by insurance companies. We offer commissioning only, or with wall fixing, where our local engineer will certify and label the extinguisher before issuing a compliance certificate.

Worth remembering - when a refill or test is due, at Simply Safety Group, it is often more cost-effective to simply just replace extinguishers.
