The fire board coating is perfect for use with our PFP fire rated board which needs both sides and raw sides coated as it's designed to enhance, seal and fire protect the stonewool fibres. Spray-grade, it's suitable for filling in openings which are created for cables and pipes to pass through.

Our intumescent sheets for door ironmongery protects the areas of a door where the intumescent strips around the door cannot be placed. The fire door protection pack protects the hinges, locks, latches and concealed door closers. All ironmongery installed on a fire door must be fitted without compromising the integrity of the complete fire door assembly. 

The fire rated board is simple and very quick to install to provide up to four hours fire and smoke protection. Replacing the popular fire batts as better-performing alternative, it's perfect for openings in fire rated walls and floors where they're formed to allow the installation of multiple building services, it also maintains sound insulation with a sound reduction of up to 55 decibels.

In order to maintain the fire integrity of your walls and floors, our gypsum-based fire resistant mortar creates a perfect seal around cables, pipes, and ducts. To use, simply add water to the powder and apply for a smooth finish requiring no priming.

The intumescent acrylic sealant, sometimes referred to as intumescent mastic, is perfect for sealing gaps around fire doors, windows, cables, pipes, joints, voids and even small holes in fire-rated structures. Supplied in 310ml cartridges, the mastic is classified for fire sealing all types of construction and building service penetrations, the intumescent mastic consists of a high-end formula, certified worldwide.

Easy to install, the intumescent pipe closer is available for pipework from 32mm and 315mm and is suitable for masonry and gypsum along with concrete floors and walls in all types of construction. CE Marked and certified for PVC-U, PVC-C, PE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, ABS, SAN+PVC and PP to standards including EN 1366-3:2009, the pipe closer is a replacement for our popular pipe collars.

Intumescent pipe wrap is easy to install where a pipe goes through a fire-rated wall or ceiling, simply ensure it's wrapped completely around the pipe and then secured in place using the self-adhesive tab.
