Part of the CommanderEDGE enviroFoam range, the 9-litre fluorine-free fire extinguisher is designed for both Class A and Class B fires. It creates a foam layer on flammable liquid fires to cut off the oxygen supply and clings to combustible materials to cool the flames, effectively and safely putting out the fire.

With PFAS chemicals being phased out in the coming years, choosing a fluorine-free fire extinguisher ensures you're ready for future regulations. Plus, when it's time to use or dispose of the extinguisher, you're helping keep the environment free of harmful chemicals.

Certified with the BSi Kitemark, the 9-litre fluorine-free foam extinguisher works best when paired with a CO2 extinguisher for full protection. It comes with a wall-mounting bracket and can be maintained by any qualified service technician.

Ideal For: Shops, offices, warehouses, hotels, schools, and public buildings, as well as locations storing flammable liquids. It’s effective for Class A fires (wood, paper, fabric) and Class B fires (flammable liquids), but should not be used near live electrical equipment.

Lifespan: With proper indoor use and maintenance, it has an expected lifespan of up to 10 years.

Servicing: Your 9-litre fluorine-free foam extinguisher will need commissioning and annual servicing, as required by law for businesses and rental properties, and often recommended by insurance providers. We offer commissioning services, with the option of wall fixing, where our local engineer will certify and label your extinguisher and provide a compliance certificate.
