The 24V 3A PSU is manufactured by C-TEC and VDS certified to EN54-4 standards. It features a robust metal cover which serves to protect the electronics and an environmentally-friendly charging circuit that dissipates just 0.35W compared with the industry norm of 2.55W.
The green, amber, and red LED lights work to indicate the status of the PSU – supply present, general fault, and auxiliary fault, so ensuring compliant reporting of battery impedance faults. What’s more, the BF562-3 PSU from C-TEC is IP30 rated for use indoors and includes a single-pole volt-free changeover relay that switches for any fault condition.
The 24V 3A PSU retails with optional SLA batteries for instances where having a backup power supply is a concern. It can take a maximum of two 12V 18Ah SLA batteries. Plus, its link selectable charging capacity and deep discharge protection help to prolong the endurance of the battery.
